Why do some products have reviews from several years ago if Precious Snuggle is a new store?

At Precious Snuggle, we aim to provide the best for our customers, and part of that involves bringing trusted products to a new platform. Some of our products previously sold on other platforms, such as Amazon, where they received reviews from satisfied customers over the years. We’ve imported these reviews to give you insight into the quality and reliability of those products.

While our store is new, our commitment to offering high-quality products remains the same. Newer products or designs exclusive to Precious Snuggle may not have reviews yet, but they uphold the same trusted standards our customers have come to expect.

Why do some products have reviews while others don’t?

For some of our products, we’ve imported reviews from our Amazon store for variations we previously sold there. In cases where newer variations are added—such as updated designs or different colours—we include reviews from other variations of the same product, as they share the same quality and craftsmanship.

Some products or variations may not have reviews yet because they are brand new and exclusive to Precious Snuggle. Rest assured, we’re committed to delivering the same high-quality products our customers have loved in the past.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Are your products sustainable?

Our products are designed with sustainability at their core, ensuring that they are safe for your baby. Trust in our commitment to quality and safety, knowing that our rigorous testing standards guarantee that our products are free from harmful substances, providing peace of mind for you and a healthier future for your baby.

What happens if I receive a faulty product?

Please be rest assured that our goods go through 2 sessions of inspection before leaving the factory.

If your item arrives defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery at sales@precioussnuggle.co.uk, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund

Are your products safe for babies?

Yes, all items meet strict safety standards and are tested for durability and non-toxic materials.

Where is your product manufactured?

We are a proud British brand dedicated to delivering exceptional quality in all our products.

While our manufacturing takes place in China, we ensure that every item produced adheres to the highest safety standards recognized globally.

What payment methods do you accept? 

We use accept most major payment cards such as visa debit, Visa, American Express, Mastercard and most debit cards, credit cards.

We also accept mobile wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay & Shop Pay.

Do you allow refunds for a change of mind?

Yes we do allow a return & refund for a change of mind, providing that the item is returned in its original packaging, both the item & packaging undamaged. To view our full refund policy click here.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Contact us at sales@precioussnuggle.co.uk as soon as possible.

However, please bare in mind that once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it if it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required!

Which shipping courier do you use?

We use all local courier partners such as Royal Mail & Evri depending on who can provide the fastest shipping at the time.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 2PM are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2PM are processed the next business day. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days.

We will post any updates when we come closer to busier times of the year to our subscribers.

So if you are not subscribed already then ensure that you do so!

Do you offer free returns?

Yes, we provide a free return label once your return request is approved.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. Please email us at sales@precioussnuggle.co.uk to initiate a return.

What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

We cannot cancel any orders for a refund if your item has left our warehouse. Our shipping & returns are free.

Do you ship overseas?

We regret to inform that we do not currently ship overseas and only ship to the UK. However, we will do at some point in the future.
